easiest way of building clientele is just being at the salon all
day and talking to customers that walk in.

This is a
full service salon and customers need to know about the services
that a nice person like yourself can do for them, that day or in
the future.
Referral
Contest:

Give your
clients five business cards and have them write their
names on the back of each card. Tell them to hand the cards out to
their friends and people they meet, and to tell the new clients to
bring the card to their first appointment.

Reward
your client after they have sent you five new paying customers.
You can make them a product basket or offer a discount on a service,
as long as the reward is under $25 cost to you.
